Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of nutrition and food products, we follow a strict No-Return policy to maintain hygiene and product safety.


1. No Return Policy

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened, used, or partially consumed products
  • Products damaged due to customer handling
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Any dissatisfaction due to taste, texture, or personal preference

All sales are final once the product is delivered.


2. Replacement (Only in Case of Genuine Issues)

We offer replacement only, not refunds, in the following cases:

  • Product delivered in damaged or leaked condition
  • Product received is incorrect
  • Product received is expired

Mandatory Requirements:

To request a replacement, the customer must contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Order ID
  • Clear images/videos of the product and outer packaging
  • Unboxing video (strongly preferred)
  • Description of the issue

Replacements are approved solely at the discretion of Corevia Nutra Private Limited after internal verification.


3. Refund Policy

Refunds are provided only when:

  • The order is cancelled before dispatch
  • The product is unavailable/out of stock
  • The pincode becomes unserviceable and we cannot ship the order
  • Any other scenario where the company decides refund is justified

Refunds will be processed as per internal timelines and may take 5–10 working days to reflect depending on the bank/payment method.


4. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be cancelled by the customer only before dispatch.
  • The company may cancel any order at its sole discretion due to operational reasons, fraud concerns, unserviceable address, or inability to ship.

5. Company Rights

Corevia Nutra Private Limited reserves the right to:

  • Modify or update this policy anytime
  • Reject suspicious or fraudulent replacement requests
  • Deny service to any user involved in misuse of the policy
  • Block certain pincodes, addresses, or customers without prior notice
