5. Non-Delivery / Failed Delivery

We may cancel or return orders if:

  • The delivery partner is unable to reach the customer
  • The address/pincode becomes unserviceable
  • Multiple failed delivery attempts occur
  • Any operational or security concern arises

In such cases, the company may issue a refund (for prepaid orders) after deducting applicable charges, at its discretion.
